HELLO FUTURE WORLD 📡
Workshop series developed and produced during my Community Engagement Residency at Greywood Arts in Killeagh, Co. Cork, Ireland. The workshops were a collaboration between artist and students, integrating ideas about history, geography, ecology, and sustainability, with imaginative worldbuilding exercises, language creation, wearable art, and a collective sculpture. The project culminated in an exhibition at the National Space Centre in Ireland and a digital time capsule of the projects being sent to space. A total of 110 students aged 9-16 years from five different student groups in the East Cork area participated in the project during November/December, 2021.
